Product description:

Thermowall is a 100% acrylic interior paint which provides excellent hiding power and durability on a variety of architectural surfaces.

This paint is formulated to protect against mildew, is resistant to fading, gives a minimum of spatter and maximum coverage to the surface. It hides minor imperfections of the surface and dries quickly into a smooth and matt finish.

Thermowall is based on a thermostabilizing acrylic binder which gives excellent adhesion and UV-resistance. The content of the latest generation in nanofillers and pigments used in space technology for heat proof and insulating coatings ensures these qualities in Thermowall.

Use and Application:

Can be used for walls, ceilings and a variety of other surfaces such as, primed dry walls, plaster, acoustical tiles, ceiling panels, concrete, stucco, masonry, brick, primed metal and wood.

Application is identical to that of ordinary flat interior paint only with the advantage of energy saving.

Recommendation: Always make a test coat to ensure the compatability of product and surface.

Technical data:

  • Composition: Waterbased hybrid acrylate/polyurethane binders, thermostable nano agents, UV stabilizers, thermo insulating nano fillers and pigments etc.
  • Colours: White and any shade of light colour.
  • Density: 1,10-1,20 g/ml
  • Dry content: appr. 50 w/w% and 45 w/v%
  • Gloss: <2
  • Spreading rate: appr. 6 m/l
  • Drying time: 1-3 hours by 20C and 60% RH.
  • Application conditions: The temperature must be between 5C and 30 C and 60% RH.
  • Application method: Roller, brush or spray.
  • Cleaning: water and soap.
  • VOC: max. 30 g/l (Cat. A/a)
  • Storage: Cool, but free of frost in closed containers and out the reach of children.
